Loading Bay at Le Corum |
||||||||||

All exhibition equipment is to be unloaded inside Le Corum on the loading bay on Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. To access Le Corum loading bay from the centre of the town: (1) Follow the « Tunnel du Corum » directions (2) At the entrance of the tunnel, take the exit to Le Corum Car Park on the right (3) Drive in front of the metal shutter marked « Corum - Quai de déchargement exposants » Only ONE HOUR FREE PARKING at the loading bay of Le Corum will be permitted. Please leave the driver’s cellular / mobile phone number on the windscreen if parking the delivery vehicle(s) at the loading bay of Le Corum. |

Except for deliveries, exhibitors are recommended to park in the underground car park close to Le Corum (Maximum height HSP : 1.85 m). No pre-booking is required.
However, exhibitors are recommended to buy a special individual pass at a preferential rate if they wish to park their vehicles for more than one day. |

All items, packages and shipments must be delivered to the loading bay of Le Corum : Each package must be clearly marked with: Sender's name Sender's address HUGO HGM 2010 (18-21 May 2010) Exhibitor Booth Number(s) Delivery address : Le CORUM Quai de déchargement CORUM Le tunnel du Corum Rue de Sully 34000 – MONTPELLIER - FRANCE Le Corum and HUGO do not provide manpower for the handling of exhibitors' packages. Each iIndividual exhibitor is responsible for transporting their items, packages, shipment and equipment to their designated exhibition booth(s) on their own and at their own cost. At the end of the Exhibition, all exhibitor packages and materials are required to be removed or shipped from Le Corum within 48 hours. Beyond that, Le Corum has the right to discard any unclaimed packages and materials in the stocking areas. Both Le Corum and HUGO are not responsible for any damage to packages or materials before the receipt of the delivery or shipment. |

Le Corum and HUGO cannot be held responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged exhibitor packages, materials or equipment. |
