We would like to share with you some useful information.

Registration

Registration for HGM 2010 will be open at 9.00 am on 18 May 2010 at Berlioz Foyer on Level 0 of Le Corum till 5 pm. It will open daily from 8.30 am – 5.00 pm.

Please bring along your receipt / invoice to facilitate check in and bag collection. Check in and bag collection counters for all paid HGM 2010 registrants will be arranged by your family name in alphabetically order. Please go to the respective queues to check yourself in for HGM 2010 which will open at 2 pm on 18 May 2010.

For unpaid registrants and those who would like to register on site, please proceed directly to HGM 2010 Secretariat Room (Tiberiade Room, Level 0 of Le Corum) to make payment and register. Please note that we only accept cheque / demand draft payment. Strictly no cash transactions.

To avoid unnecessary waiting, we highly recommend register online and complete payment via PayPal using your credit card before 15 May 2010.

Cocktail / Dinner

Your registration includes entrance to both Welcome Cocktail on 18 May and HGM 2010 Conference Dinner on 20 May 2010.

HGM 2010 Welcome Cocktail Reception is scheduled on 18 May 2010, 6.30 pm – 8.00 pm at Berlioz Foyer in Le Corum (Level 0) immediately after the opening plenaries. We would be honoured if you could join us and welcome our exhibitors as well as a tour of our posters.

HGM 2010 Conference Dinner is scheduled on 20 May 2010 at MAS DE SAPORTA (15 mintues away from Le Corm and transportation will be provided at Le Corum at 6.30 pm on 20 May 2010), an ancient 17th century property where the original owner used for wine-making. It has been fully restored recently by their new owner, transforming it into an elegant southern French property with beautiful gardens with a restaurant and a cozy venue "Le Cellier" where we host our HGM 2010 conference dinner.

Do join us and let us excite your palate with the fine wines and cuisine from South of France and immense yourself with friends from around the world.
