Hotel Pullman Montpellier Antigone

Directions

From Airport to Hotel: «Mediterranée» 7 km, 15 minutes.

From Train Station: « Gare St-Roch » SNCF Railway station 0.8 km away, 10 minutes walking distance or 3 minutes via the Odysseyum tram. Alight at Antigone tramway station which is situated in front of Hotel Pullman Montpellier Antigone.

From Hotel to Le Corum Convention Centre:
10 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by tramway and get off at the stop "Corum".

Driving instructions via the Motorway:
Take exit N° 29 (Montpellier Est / Centre) then take direction «Centre Historique» and follow the instruction to go to the parking of the « Polygone Centre Commercial». Go inside the P4 and then go down level P3 where the direct access door to the hotel is located.

Driving instructions via the Airport Mediterranée:
Take « Toutes directions » then take direction «Centre Historique» and follow the instruction to go to the parking of the « Polygone Centre Commercial ». Go inside the P4 and then go down level P3 where the direct access door to the hotel is located.

Rates quoted above include daily room rate, daily breakfast, VAT and service charges. The deposit includes administrative fee of 10,00 € for Le Corum. (HT : 8,36 € - VAT : 1,64 €)

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Reservation requests received after 15 April 2010 will only by processed to the extent of Le Corum’s availabilities.

Le Corum Accommodation Department has been appointed as the HUGO HGM 2010 accommodation handling agency in Montpellier, France. All deposit and fees are payable to Le Corum directly. HUGO has no liabilities and responsibilities in such hotel bookings.

Accommodation Booking Guidelines

HOTELS
The hotels listed to welcome you are located in the city centre and surrounding area. All rooms include bathroom or shower facilities.

The rates are indicative only (per night) and may be subject to modification.
They include room and breakfast(s), VAT and service charges ; City tax and extras not included.

RESERVATION

Rooms will be allocated on a « first come, first served » basis, and every effort will be made to comply with the category chosen. If the chosen hotel category is not available, the second choice will be taken into consideration.

Requests received after the 15th of April 2010 will be processed upon hotel availability.

Booking requests made by phone will not be accepted. We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.

HOTEL CONFIRMATION

All requests for hotel reservations must be accompanied by deposit, in order to be processed.

Payment must be made in EURO, by :

Each participant will receive confirmation of hotel reservation, indicating the hotel allocated and deposit made, within a period between 10 and 30 days after receipt of the completed file. Administrative Fee of 10 Euros tax included, per reservation, will be deducted from the deposit.
All the participants will pay the balance of the bill directly to the hotel on departure.

MODIFICATION

Any modification must be sent in writing (fax or email) to
ENJOY LE CORUM ACCOMMODATION Dpt.

CANCELLATION

Deposit (less administrative fee of €10) will only be refunded if a written cancellation is received by LE CORUM at least 10 working days before 18th of May, 2010. In the event of no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and all deposits will be non-refundable.
